Analog and digital are essentially the same.
–
Personally, I don’t sell or offer analog photography as an additional paid service. This service can only be done based on a mutual agreement between myself and the bride and groom, and it is purely for fun — an extra addition to my digital photography service — without any high expectations regarding the results, as there is a significant technical risk involved. Analog cameras can be unpredictable, and the outcome is only visible after the film is developed.
In addition to the technical risks, since I shoot both digital and analog, it’s very possible that certain moments may be missed on one of them. As I operate both cameras myself, it’s simply not possible to capture the same moment perfectly on both formats at the same time.
For analog gear, I use a Nikon F90x with 50mm f/1.8 AFD and 35mm AFD lenses. The choice of film roll must be discussed in advance with me, as it depends heavily on the lighting conditions of the event location. Once I have a clear understanding of the lighting setup, I can determine which type of film roll is most suitable. Disposable cameras can also be entrusted to me, but with the same risks involved.
If you have very high expectations for the results of analog photos, I personally recommend hiring a photographer who is truly dedicated and professional in analog photography — considering this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Thank you.
